A year long program designed for intensive case management. PC is designed for people who have been in the United States less than 5 years and are mostly refugees without family or other social connections in the U.S. The services offered in the PC program are aimed for elderly assistance (65+ years), disability services, social services assistance, medical assistance, etc.

Job readiness is also one of the main aspects of this program. Our case managers work with clients on learning how to maintain steady employment, becoming familiar with workplace policies, and how to explore better job opportunities, and more.

Clients in this program do not receive an allowance.
