Citizenship and Assimilation Program

Provide high quality citizenship preparation services for lawful permanent residents to gain the knowledge and training necessary to become citizens of the United States. 

The program has 2 components: Citizenship instructions in US history and government for test preparation and the preparation for the Naturalization application services, within the scope of the authorized practice of immigration law. 

 Eligibility Screening for 240 individuals; prepare and submit citizenship applications with Form G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative, over the two-year period of performance for at least 200 lawful permanent residents; provide ongoing immigration case management; including interview preparation, a representative’s appearance at the Citizenship and Immigration Services naturalization interview.
