The Senior Rent Assistance Program at C.O.C. offers one-time financial support to seniors living in Pinellas County who are facing challenges with rent payments.
Our goal is to help cover essential housing costs, ensuring older adults can stay safely and comfortably in their homes — without the fear of eviction or homelessness.

WHO WE
SERVE

This program is available to:

Seniors aged 55 and older who live in Pinellas County
Individuals facing financial hardship or unexpected expenses affecting their ability to pay rent
Older adults living on a fixed income who need help maintaining safe and stable housing

We’re here to ensure no senior in our community has to choose between paying rent and meeting basic needs like food or medication.

ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for the program, applicants must:

Be a Pinellas County resident
Be 55 years or older

When applying, please have the following documents available:

Valid photo ID
Lease agreement
Proof of address
Proof of income
