The Senior Utilities Assistance Program at Coptic Orthodox Charities (C.O.C.) offers one-time financial relief to help seniors in Pinellas County manage their essential utility expenses.
Our mission is to ensure older adults can live comfortably, maintain independence, and stay connected in their homes — even during difficult times.
This program is available to:

Seniors aged 55 and older who reside in Pinellas County.

Individuals facing financial hardship or struggling to pay their utility bills.

Older adults who may live alone and rely on fixed or limited income.
We’re here to ensure that no senior in our community has to choose between keeping the lights on and meeting other basic needs.
ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for the program, applicants must:

Be a Pinellas County resident

Be 55 years or older
When applying, please provide:

Valid photo ID

Most recent electric bill
-
Proof of address

Proof of income
